"I'm Not Neurotic" - the Role Reported Vs. Perceived Personality on Student-Professor Working Alliance

Abstract

This poster details a study on college students' favorite and least favorite professors based on Big Five personality traits. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected from a sample of students and professors. Analysis revealed conflicting results regarding the dominant personality traits of favorites and least favorites.
