Testing a Mediation Model of Social Cohesion, Discrimination, & Health Among Sexual and Gender Minority Chicagoans

Perceived discrimination and social cohesion predict health status among heterosexual individuals. These associations are untested among sexual and gender minorities, despite perceived discrimination, low social cohesion, and poor health being common among SGM. We use Chicago Department of Public Health data to test associations between these variables among SGM Chicagoans.
