Abstract
The empirical study done from 2010-2014 constituted a Reconnaissance (Ethnographic) Study to understand the phenomenon of ragging, a Descriptive Study with Unstructured, Open-ended Interviews as the Tool. Interview findings were interpreted along with knowledge gained from the Reconnaissance Study, to devise Anti-ragging Workshops done as Pilot Study to handle ragging
