Mindfulness and Social Well-Being in Emerging Adults: An Ecological Momentary Assessment Study

Abstract
This study examined how day-to-day states of mindfulness are related to social well-being among university students (N = 266), measured via ecological momentary assessment. Higher state mindfulness was concurrently related to and predicted lower states of loneliness, and was related to higher felt connection and belongingness.
