Abstract
Own-race and own-age biases occur when one demonstrates better recognition of faces from one’s own racial or age group. Phase 1 (34 adolescents) results showed own-race and own-age biases' significance, but the limited sample prevented significance testing of additive-effect biases. Phase 2 (mature adults) is underway.
