Abstract
A prospective study of patients with CVD in cardiac rehabilitation (CR) showed that baseline benefit finding (BF) was concurrently and negatively related to depressive symptoms, but positively related to positive affect and perceived control. Findings imply that BF is beneficial for patients with CVD who participate in a CR program.
