Abstract
We examined the effects of relationship satisfaction on job satisfaction, counterproductive work behaviors, and incivility, with overall, non-work perceived stress mediating these relationships. We found evidence that general perceived stress fully mediated the relationship satisfaction-incivility and relationship satisfaction-counterproductive work behaviors relationships, however, this was not the case for job satisfaction.
