Offline Work, Online Recognition: Effects of Employee Recognition Digital Tools

Abstract
This study examined the use of digital tools which promoted Emotional Intelligence in the workplace. These tools created a more authentic and supportive environment for employees. Findings indicated increases in employee engagement and participation in professional and personal development programs. An Emotionally Intelligent workplace cultivated employee engagement and satisfaction.
