Association between Marital Quality and Children’s Social Adjustment: The Mediating Role of Parent-Child Relationship

This study examined the influence of marital quality on children's social adjustment in a sample of nationally representative Taiwanese children. Findings indicated that marital quality could completely influence social competence through parent-child relationship. Moreover, not only could marital quality directly predict aggression, but it could affect aggression via parent-child relationship.
