Abstract

The psychological effects of reading news were stud ied in the two groups.
The interpretation of the future self, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire
were obtained after reading stories. The results show that when people exposed to
negative news, they have higher level of depression mood. They negatively
perceive their future.
