Abstract
174 subjects at an all-girls academy completed mindful-eating, objectified body-consciousness, and psycho-social wellness surveys with BMI as covariate. Mindful-eating was associated significantly with BID, not with SE or wellness. Phase II retested 94 subjects after brief mindfulness training; no significant effects emerged. Phase III will introduce 60-minute teacher-led training.
