Abstract

We compared measurement models among mental toughness and workaholism scales via exploratory factor analysis. Salient factors of Overwork, Drive, Work Enjoyment, Emotional Control, and Expository Drive were recovered, representing which aspects are unique to each construct. Results indicate that workaholism and MT measures capture similar yet distinct attitudes and behaviors.
