Abstract
Disordered eating commonly occurs among children with chronic musculoskeletal pain, affecting approximately 25% of patients presenting to a pediatric rheumatology pain clinic. Those with co-morbid disordered eating tended to have a history of mental illness and widespread pain but did not have physical exam findings suggestive of disordered eating.
