Abstract
This study examined the impact of crowding and time urgency on cyberloafing and procrastination through relaxation and psychological detachment. Data based on 106 employees who completed a daily diary survey over seven working days showed that cyberloafing and procrastination were related to the commute impedance factors through different recovery mechanisms.
