Abstract
This study examines the effects of airport servicescape on passengers’ emotional and behavioral responses. The results support the theoretical model, suggesting that airport servicescape robustly engender passenger emotional responses, which in turn, facilitate their behavioral responses. The interaction effects demonstrate that pleasant communicative servicescape induces higher satisfaction in frequent flyers.
