The Role of Age on Work Locus of Control

Abstract
Research has shown that as a construct locus of control, specifically whether a person displays an internal or external orientation, plays a substantial role in a person’s attitudes and beliefs in the workplace (Spector, 1988). A person’s age is also interrelated to how they perceive life events.
