<span>Challenges Facing Diverse College Populations: Questions to Consider As Faculty</span>

Ethnic minority populations and first generation college students are less likely to complete college and have unique stressors related to this outcome. This talk reviews findings related to this disparity and also addresses factors that could potentially increase retention rates amongst minority populations including social support, connectedness and communication.
