Stereotype and Essentialism Under Different Socio-Cultural Contexts
This symposium will present studies using mixed samples, methodologies and paradigms to examine social stereotype and social essentialism across various contexts. These talks will help us better understand the universality and malleability of social stereotyping, and provide directions to reduce social stereotypes especially in a diverse, globalized community.
