Influence of Culture on Cognition
Over the past 25 years, it has been increasingly recognized that the effects of culture permeate not only social processes, but also cognitive ones. This symposium covers recent advances in research on how culture affects the concept of time, self, and memory, using a combination of behavioral and neural methods.
