Abstract

Previous research suggests that individuals high in the Dark Triad are disagreeable, highly aggressive and callous. A film study of 156 undergraduate students showed that psychopathy (β = -.40) and narcissism (β = .21) predicted feelings of compassion beyond trait compassion, grief, and demographic variables.
