Work like a Wolf in China?

Wolfy traits could be desirable characteristics for employees in China. The current study provides initial evidence that higher levels of result-orientation and a composite Wolfy Trait Index are associated with better job performance in Chinese managers. Additionally, senior managers have higher levels of wolfy traits than junior managers.
