A 5-day SPM workshop on fMRI Design and Analysis Methods will be held on July 17–21, 2017, at Temple University. The course will provide intensive training in performing task-based and connectivity analyses with SPM 12, R, and the CONN Toolboxes. To complete all the class exercises, participants should bring a laptop with MATLAB, 100 GB of free disk space, and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
The workshop will cover the entire acquisition and processing pipeline from collecting raw fMRI data to group level inference and will address the modeling consequences of recent advances in acquisition and modeling techniques.
