Our primary research goals are to further our understanding of the relationship between late-life depression and cognitive decline and to examine whether imaging markers can predict which individuals are at a high risk of cognitive decline. Our research approach examines the relationships between structural factors, functional activations, and behavior. State-of-the-art scanning and data analysis facilities are available and proximally located.

The ideal candidate would have a background in cognitive neuroscience. Experience with fMRI data analysis and programming would be ideal. The ability to coordinate components of one or more research projects and to communicate effectively with investigators, staff, and participants is essential. Salary will be determined by the current NIH postdoctoral scale.
