| The IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor beginning fall 2014. We are interested in candidates who have expertise in the social psychology of prosocial behavior, or developmental psychologists with expertise in the development of prosocial behavior.
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D., or be close to completion (ABD), demonstrate promise for publishing in leading psychology journals, teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, and advising Ph.D. dissertations. The appointee will join a multi-disciplinary faculty trained in the humanities, social sciences, and other fields who have a common interest in prosocial behaviors such as charitable giving, volunteering, and helping people in need. Candidates should be interested in both maintaining a strong disciplinary connection, while engaging colleagues and students from multiple disciplines. For a full description, see
