| LAKE FOREST COLLEGE, Department of Psychology, invites applications for a one-year VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, to begin August, 2014. We seek an individual with broad interests in psychology, demonstrated excellence in teaching, and evidence of scholarly productivity commensurate with experience. Ph.D. or ABD in psychology required. Applicants should expect to teach three undergraduate courses per semester. Classes are small (typically 15-30 students). Candidates in any area of psychology will be considered, but special attention will be given to candidates with a background in behavioral neuroscience or other areas of biological psychology. Specific courses taught would depend on the candidate’s area of specialization, but ability to contribute to Introductory Psychology Labs and/or the Research Methods & Statistics course sequence would be desirable.
