| The Department of Psychology at the Florida State University seeks to hire an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in its Clinical program, which is a member of the Association for Psychological Clinical Science and is APA-accredited. The Clinical program is particularly interested in hiring a researcher with a focus on child treatment, child psychopathology, or both. We welcome applicants who will have a Ph.D. from an APA-accredited Clinical program and training in child psychopathology by the August 2014 start date. Research area is open but preference will be given to applicants whose research compliments existing faculty research (e.g., ADHD, conduct disorder, suicide, anxiety, eating disorders) and shows promise for external funding. Applicants who can contribute to graduate teaching needs in cognitive assessment and supervision of child therapy and assessment cases in our Psychology Clinic are also of particular interest.
