|Assistant Professor-Tenure Track|
| The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-Camden Campus invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level to start in Fall, 2014. Desirable candidates will have a strong research program in cultural psychology or the psychology of minority groups. In addition, special consideration will be given to candidates able to connect to the newly emerging digital studies program on our campus. Examples of such connections include study of the psychology of the media and methodologies involving large data sets or social media. Teaching responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate courses in research methods as well as classes focused on the candidate’s research area.
Rutgers-Camden is a research-intensive campus of 6,000 students located in Camden, New Jersey, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. The teaching load for junior faculty and research-active senior faculty is 2-2, and salaries and benefits are competitive. Review of applications will begin on October 25, 2013.
