A one-year post-doctoral research associate position to work on several on-going projects designed to examine socioemotional development, including children’s effortful control. Appointment may be renewed for an additional year contingent with the needs of the project, satisfactory performance and availability of resources. Responsibilities include assisting faculty researchers with design, implementation, analysis, and publication of research. Salary is $45,000.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in developmental psychology or a closely related field, and (a) strong methodological/quantitative background, (b) experience conducting research with children/families, and (c) experience in analyzing/publishing data. See http://psychology.clas.asu.edu/jobs.

Desired Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those candidates who have a record of prior research accomplishments.
