Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation Faculty Position

We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contribute to our Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation Science programs. The School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (SBOS) at Claremont Graduate University has graduate programs in Positive Developmental and Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, and Cognitive Psychology, as well as in Organizational Behavior, Health Behavior, Human Resource Design, and Evaluation Science and Applied Research Methods. The candidate’s research and teaching should contribute to positive organizational psychology and evaluation, and ideally relate to one or more of the other graduate programs as well.

This is a tenure-track graduate faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of or potential for research publications, have a history of or potential for extramural funding, and possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills. Candidates also should possess a strong background in quantitative methods with an emphasis in one or more areas such as experimental and quasi-experimental design, longitudinal analysis, structural equation modeling, hierarchical linear modeling, large-scale data analysis, or psychometrics. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise graduate student research and to teach courses in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs, including one or more advanced quantitative offerings.
