The Research Director will oversee clinical research for Blythedale Children's Hospital, assist staff in study design and implement standards and guidelines for clinical research services and programs. This position is available for a PhD preferably with post-graduate training in experimental design, statistics and human research. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for research, is well organized, able to keep pieces in play, maintain spotless records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition, willingness to teach evidence based practice and be a resource to beginning investigators is necessary. Experience with scientific writing and grant proposals preferred.
