| The Biobehavioral Medicine in Oncology Program at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center) seeks a licensed (or license-eligible) clinical psychologist interested in combining research and clinical work with cancer patients and their families (Behavioral Medicine Clinical Service). Outstanding clinical skills and experience with chronic disease patients are requirements, as is a strong track record of research productivity.
Individuals with expertise in randomized intervention trials and/or psychobiological mechanism studies in patient-centered research are encouraged to apply. Clinical experience in psycho-oncology is a plus. Successful candidates will evidence dedication to clinical care and collaborative interdisciplinary research, and have an appreciation of translational perspectives. Academic rank/salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
