Positive Psychology Faculty Position

We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contributes to Positive Psychology. The School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (SBOS) at Claremont Graduate University has graduate programs in Positive Developmental, Social, Positive Organizational, and Cognitive Psychology, as well as in Organizational Behavior, Health Behavior, Human Resource Design, and Evaluation and Applied Research Methods. The candidates’ research and teaching should contribute to positive developmental psychology, and ideally relate to one or more of the other graduate programs as well. This position is subject to the approval by the Board of Trustees.

This is an open-rank tenure-track graduate faculty position. The successful candidate will be expected to teach graduate students in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs, and supervise graduate student research. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of research publications, have a history or potential for extramural funding, and possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills.
