| The Psychology Department invites applications for a fixed-term Assistant Professor position. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. Psychology and teaching experience. Applicants should be capable of teaching a range of undergraduate courses, including Introductory Psychology, Abnormal Psychology and Human Sexuality. All applicants must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States at the time of an offer of employment. Qualified members of underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.
The Psychology Department at Bemidji State University is a seven member department committed to teaching excellence, liberal education and the preparation of undergraduates for graduate school and careers in psychology. A normal teaching load is 12 semester hours per term. The faculty member should anticipate involvement with interdisciplinary teaching and distance learning delivery.
