| THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin August 2013. Research area is open, but we strongly prefer a biological focus and require the ability to teach a graduate course on the biological bases of human behavior. We seek a productive psychology researcher committed to graduate and undergraduate education and prefer one who can contribute to one or more departmental strengths, including cognitive, social, clinical, cognitive development and psychology & law. Research using a 128 channel EEG is a plus. Position responsibilities include: graduate and undergraduate teaching (2:2 load), academic advising, research supervision of graduate students, and the development of a productive research program. We provide lab space, internal grant opportunities, and competitive start-up funds. A Ph.D. in Psychology is required for faculty rank.
