| ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY, DEVELOPMENT OR PERCEPTION/COGNITION The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-Newark Campus seeks an assistant professor for a tenure-track position in Developmental or Perception/Cognition. The position begins 9/2013 and is open to candidates in any research area within Development and Perception/Cognition; applicants possessing strong quantitative and methodological skills and interests are especially desired. Other core training areas in our doctoral program include Social Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. A Ph.D. in psychology is required. Position responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate teaching and academic advising. The Psychology Department at Rutgers-Newark strongly emphasizes research, and offers excellent facilities including individual lab space, in-house tech support, and an ample and well-organized subject pool.
