POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONs are available in the laboratory of Dr. Xuebin Qin, an Associate Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA to 1) study the role of complement in pathogenesis of human diseases such as cancer, viral infections, neurodegenerative diseases and cardiovascular diseases, and 2) develop/characterize the new cell ablation models. Recent Ph.D. and/or MD with strong background/training and hands-on experience in immunology, molecular biology and genetics is desirable. Familiarizing with protein structural analysis and drug screening methods are a plus.
