The Department of Psychology at Bowdoin College seeks applicants for a two-year post-doctoral fellowship, beginning in the fall of 2013. Ph.D. in psychology is required at the time of appointment. Teaching responsibilities are three courses per year, and will include Introductory Psychology, Data Analysis, and an Intermediate-level survey course on a major subfield of psychology. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education, potential to sustain an active, productive research program, and readiness to involve and supervise undergraduates in independent and honors research.
