This is a full-time, 10-month postdoctoral fellowship, providing a comprehensive training experience in university psychological services with a emphasis on eating disorders evaluation and treatment. Clinical responsibilities for this 2,200 hour, supervised, pre-licensure training experience includes providing individual, group, and couples counseling, providing evaluations (intakes) and some psychological assessment, providing rotating on-call crisis coverage, and supervising the clinical work of one or more graduate externs. A particular emphasis for this position is working with clients with eating disorders and conducting collaborative outreach activities focused on eating disorders awareness and prevention. Opportunities for additional professional development, including some release time for licensure exam preparation, are included.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA -accredited program in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, including a completed predoctoral internship. The successful candidate will have significant interest and experience in working with clients with eating disorders and clinical experience in a college or university counseling center.

Preferred Qualifications

Training and experience in eating disorders treatment and/or research with college students, athletes, and diverse populations are preferred. Experience in designing and implementing prevention and outreach activities also desired.
