NIH T32 Postdoctoral Fellowship, Cincinnati Children†s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC), Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology. Working with faculty mentors Meg Zeller, Ph.D. and Jennie Noll. Ph.D., the fellow will participate in the execution of NIH funded projects that target understanding trajectories of psychopathology, high-risk behaviors and contexts, the effects of chronic stress, and developmental competence for adolescents with obesity, including those who undergo weight loss surgery, and their transition to adulthood as it relates to weight and health status.

Training includes study design and execution, data analysis, manuscript writing, and grant preparation, and the execution of a mentored interdisciplinary independent research project. Additional secondary mentorship occurs with affiliated T32 faculty in medical subspecialties, biostatistics, nutrition and basic science. Educational opportunities are tailored to the fellow†s individual training needs and career goals and include divisional and institutional seminars and the option of additional graduate coursework (e.g., behavior change, epidemiology, biostatistics, nutrition). Applicants must have completed their doctoral degree in developmental, clinical, or health psychology and defended their dissertation prior to fellowship (Start date: Summer 2013).
