Requirements
Major degree in psychology; completed PhD with personality or assessment as area of specialization; intention to pursue an academic career; high level of work commitment; several research articles published in peer-reviewed journals; experience with the analysis of longitudinal data is a plus
Language skills
very good command of English (written and spoken)
Computer literacy
very good PC skills (office); very good methodological knowledge and skills in the usage of common programs for data analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, AMOS, MPLUS)
Specific requirements
Focus of interest in scientific research; background (study focus) in personality, methods, and psychological assessment; interest in the fields of positive psychology and life span psychology; experience in publishing and teaching
