Don’t be fooled by “housing pirates”
Companies that phone, fax or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” They may falsely claim to be affiliated with APS. Please do not share your credit card information with any of these companies. APS will not call you regarding hotel reservations and has not asked any hotels or other companies to do so.
To make your hotel reservation for the APS Convention, follow the links on the APS website. You may also call the hotels directly and be sure to mention that you are part of the APS room block.
If you are contacted by one of these “housing pirates,” please contact APS at email@example.com and include any relevant information that you have, such as company name, phone number, etc.

Airport Transportation Options

Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority is the city’s commuter rail, subway and bus system.
Boston’s subway system, “The T”, is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to get to and from Boston Logan International Airport.
About: From outside the airport terminal, take any Silver Line bus to South Station. Change at South Station for the Red line. Take an Alewife-bound Red Line train to Park Street. Change at Park Street for the Green Line. Take an “E-Heath Street” Green Line train to Prudential Station. Exit Prudential Station into Prudential Center Mall. At center court, make a left into the Prudential Arcade and the hotel will be just past Au Bon Pain.
Back Bay Logan Express
Fee: $5 per person with credit or debit card, or free with MBTA pass. Cash is not accepted.
Travel Time: 20 minutes
About: The Back Bay Logan Express, which is a blue bus with orange accents, makes stops at Logan International Airport (BOS) terminals and at Hynes Convention Center, which is adjacent to our hotel.
The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. From the airport: first departure, 6:00 AM; last departure, 10:00 PM. From the convention center: first departure, 5:00 AM; last departure, 9:00 PM.
GO Boston Shuttle
Fee: $17; Fees are per person one way. The first child 12 years or under rides for no charge when accompanied by an adult passenger.
About: Shared van transportation to Logan International Airport (BOS) is now available to Sheraton guest’s 24-hours, 7 days a week, reservations required.

Travel Time: 17 minutes
The Sheraton Boston Hotel is located 6 miles from Logan International Airport when traveling by car.
From Logan International Airport (BOS): Take the Sumner Tunnel in the right lane to Storrow Drive (Exit 26). Proceed for approximately 2 miles and take the Fenway Exit (left exit). Bear left following “Boylston Street Inbound” and at the fifth light, make a right onto Dalton Street. Proceed to the hotel. (Approximately 6 miles)
From West: Take Route 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) to the Prudential Center underground exit (Exit 22) at the fork in the tunnel, follow the Prudential Center sign. Once above ground you will be on Huntington Ave, turn right at the traffic lights and the hotel will be on the right.
From South: Take I-93 North to Massachusetts Avenue (Exit 18). At the third light turn left and at the next light turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue. Follow for 1 1/4 miles and turn right onto Huntington Avenue. At the second light turn left onto Belvidere and the hotel is on the right.
From North: Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive). Follow Storrow Drive to the Fenway Exit (left exit). Bear left at the end of the exit ramp onto Boylston Street Inbound. At the fifth light make a right onto Dalton Street and the hotel is on the left
Valet Parking Service: Valet parking at the hotel is indoors and includes in/out privileges. Parking is based on availability.
- Valet parking: $53 overnight; hourly late fees apply after 4pm on a guest’s day of checkout
- Visitors’ valet parking: Up to 1 hour: $25; 1 to 2 hours: $30; 2 to 4 hours: $34; 4 to 8 hours: $38; more than 8 hours or overnight: $53
- Oversized vehicles: $92 overnight
Self-parking at the Prudential Center garage is subject to availability, cannot be billed back to your room, and does not include in/out privileges. Any vehicle exceeding a height of 6 feet and/or exceeding 17 feet in length is considered oversized, due to the limited space and height restrictions of the parking facility. Please note that oversized parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. 24 hours.
- Fee: $42 per day; self-parking at the Prudential Center garage for 24 hours
