When will the exhibitor kit be available?

The exhibitor kit will be e-mailed to exhibitors in February 2016.

How many attendees were at last year’s convention?

There were 4,374 attendees at the 28th APS Annual Convention in Chicago, May 26-29, 2016.

What’s included in a standard booth?

• Pipe, draping, 1 booth sign, and carpet (electricity and furnishings are not included)
• 2 complimentary registrations per booth. Registrations provide company representatives access to all convention events except workshops and other special events where separate registration is required.
• Access to the Exhibitor Lounge
• 24 hour security

How is booth placement in the APS Exhibit Hall determined?

Exhibit booth assignments will be made in the order in which reservations are received.

What kinds of organizations exhibit at the APS Convention?

Exhibitors at the APS convention include academic and scientific publishers, software and technology companies, laboratory equipment manufacturers, government agencies, data research providers, scientific societies and organizations, employees of psychological researchers and educators, and colleges and universities.
