Getting to the Sheraton Boston Hotel
Airline Discount
APS has arranged special discounts with two airlines for travel to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) for the APS Convention.
American Airlines
APS has arranged a 5 percent discount with American Airlines for travel to Boston. The valid travel dates for this discount are May 22 – June 3, 2010. Discounted travel must be booked online at www.aa.com, using promotion code A1850AZ. This discount is valid for flights operated by American Airlines, American Eagle, and American Connection. International originating guests will need to contact your local reservation number and refer to the Promotion Code.
JetBlue Airlines
APS has also arranged a 5 percent discount with JetBlue Airlines for travel to Boston. This discount is good for travel to Boston May 24 to May 26, 2010, and return travel May 30 to June 1, 2010. Travel must be booked online at www.jetblue.com/promo, using promotion code 2010APS.
Rail Discount
APS has arranged a 10 percent discount with Amtrak for travel to Boston. The valid travel dates for this discount are May 23 - June 3, 2010. Travel must be booked by phone (call Amtrak at 1.800.872.7245 or contact your local travel agent), using Convention Fare Code X89B-985.
Getting to the Sheraton Boston Hotel
City Rail System
From Boston Logan International Airport:
- Take the blue Massport shuttle bus to the Airport subway station. From there, take an inbound Blue Line train to Government Center. Change at Government Center for the Green Line. Take an "E" Heath St. bound Green line train to Prudential Station. Exit Prudential Station into Prudential Center mall. At center court make a left into the Prudential Arcade and the Sheraton Boston Hotel will be just past Au Bon Pain. The fare is $2.

- From outside the airport terminal take any Silver Line bus to South Station. Change at South Station for the Red line. Take an Alewife bound Red line train to Park Street. Change at Park St. for the Green Line. Take the E "Heath St" bound train to Prudential Station. Exit Prudential Station into Prudential Center mall. At center court make a left into the Prudential Arcade and the Sheraton Boston Hotel will be just past Au Bon Pain. The fare is $2.

Taxis will cost approximately $30.00 from Boston Logan International Airport.
