Piece Pizza
Cuisine: American This is NOT deep dish pizza but it is still my favorite place to eat in Chicago. I am not only a foodie but also a beery (I prefer beer advocate). Piece is an award winning microbrewery with absolutely amazing, hand-crafted beers paired alongside delicious pizza. They do not slack on food, pizzas alone have a range in crusts, sauces, cheeses, and other toppings to choose from. It is about a $20 cab ride (with tip) from the loop or a relatively short bus ride. Another great beer location, slightly closer, with more upscale dining options is the Hop Leaf (hopleaf.com)
