Registration

All attendees at the 22nd APS Annual Convention must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. Convention registration gives full access to the Annual Convention, including the Opening Session and Keynote Address, Presidential Symposium, Bring the Family Address, all educational and poster sessions, and all coffee breaks and receptions open to all attendees.

The 22nd APS Annual Convention will begin on Thursday, May 27, 2010, and will end on Sunday, May 30, 2010.

Name badges and convention materials will be issued onsite at the APS Registration Desk.

Teaching Institute

Teaching Institute registration gives access to the pre-Institute workshops from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 26, and the Teaching Institute sessions on Thursday, May 27.

APS Member Discount

Current APS membership is required to be eligible for the APS Member or Student Affiliate rates. You can join or renew your membership at the same time that you register for the convention.

Refunds

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by Friday, April 16, 2010. Refunds will be charged a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be processed after this date.
