Emotion Regulation Abilities and Career Success

Several theories of career success highlight the importance of regulating emotions successfully. I will describe a new method to measure individual differences in the ability to implement emotion regulation strategies effectively. I will also present findings on how the ability to regulate emotions predicts career outcomes.
