Mindsets: Implications for Teaching, Testing, and Feedback

Students with a growth mindset (those who believe that their intellectual skills can be developed) often learn better and earn higher grades than those with a fixed mindset, particularly in challenging courses. In this talk, I present research suggesting how a growth mindset can be fostered in students.
