Team and Organizational Learning

Empirical studies of learning by small groups and teams in organizations are notable for both methodological heterogeneity and lack of agreement on basic terms and constructs. I review three distinct areas of research that provide insight into how teams learn, identify important areas of agreement, and propose an integrative framework to guide future work.
