Team Learning: Much More Than Raising Individual Learning Models to the Team Level

To better capture team learning, models must go beyond simply pooling the learning of individual team members’ knowledge. The presentation will discuss team learning by incorporating interpersonal processes above the individual level, constructs from a growing body of knowledge on organizational learning, and time into the understanding of team learning.
