The Crisis of Confidence in Research: Is Lack of Replication the Real Problem? Or Is it Something Else?

Some hold that the current crisis of confidence in research is due to a lack of replication. I present evidence that in most areas of psychology, there is no lack of replication. Instead, the real problem is failure to understand statistical and measurement issues in research, resulting in the use of questionable research practices (QRPs).
